Our Basic package starts at $149 for up to 10 windows. Premium starts at $179 and includes screens OR tracks. Deluxe starts at $209 and includes everything. See our full pricing page for details.
Most standard windows count as 1. Casement windows count as 2. French doors and sliding glass doors count as 2. Bay windows count as 3. Use our window counter tool for an accurate count.
For most residential jobs, no deposit is required. You pay after the job is complete. Commercial projects may require a deposit.

Prices shown do not include tax. Texas sales tax (8.25%) will be added at checkout.
Service
Most homes take 1-3 hours depending on the number of windows and package selected. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
For exterior-only cleaning, no. For interior cleaning, yes — we'll need access to your home. We'll coordinate a time that works for you.
We watch the forecast and will proactively reschedule if rain is expected. Rain alone doesn't make clean windows dirty — but if you have a concern after service, contact us and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Yes! Skylights are an add-on service. Let us know when you book and we'll include them in your quote.
